T & K Precision Engineering have the capability of laser etching a manufactured part with the part number, client logo or data matrix using state-of-the-art laser etching technology. This laser etching is carried out on an HKR6 with C-axis, and works on both flat and convex surfaces.
Many customers prefer to have their head studs, gearbox studs, cam cover studs and bespoke fasteners & bolts laser etched for their own material traceability requirements.
The sizing of characters used in the laser etching process can be adapted to suit individual customer requirements.
